To discuss your ideas and get an estimate as to the cost of development and realization of your design project, please come to the DESIGNIC Studio office in St. Petersburg. You can schedule the date and time of the meeting after filling out the form, by calling the number listed on this page or by writing an e-mail. The manager will provide you with the nearest available date.
During the meeting in the DESIGNIC Studio office, we will hear out your vision of the project, ask you about the features of the object and the specifics of the business. We will need information about the future office, co-working space or apartment hotel: its area, condition, layout. If you have documentation for the facility and photos of it, please bring them with you. We will also discuss how many people work for you, what they do, how often they talk to each other during work, and whether visitors come to the office.
Then, the DESIGNIC Studio team will make an on-site visit, draft the ToR and make a plan of zoning and furniture arrangement. During the next stages, we will develop a concept and prepare detailed design documentation, and we will agree intermediate results with you. You can request completion and author’s supervision services, and DESIGNIC specialists will procure furniture and finishing materials and supervise the contractors. You will not have to worry about a thing. The result will be exactly as planned, and you will relocate to your new office or open another public space on time.
