Stroitelny Trest is a leader of brick residential construction in the Northwest region of Russia.
The company’s St. Petersburg office takes up 3 levels and includes front-office and back office area. The first floor features a reception desk, an atrium and negotiation rooms for client meetings, a playroom and a cafe; the second and the third floors are working spaces with an open seasonal terrace for the staff to use.
The interior design reflects steadfastness, years of experience, adherence to traditions, but also modern leanings of our customer. Despite their wealth of experience, the company is keeping abreast with the times, using modern solutions and approaches to design and construction.
Designers working on the project were inspired by Nathalie du Pasquier, a French abstract painter. Many of her painting are still nature that include bricks as symbols of life and a prominent part of her body of work. The office interiors feature copies of du Pasquier’s paintings and a color palette adapted to the premises functions.
