The developers acquired the site with the goal of transforming its historic buildings into modern, functional spaces. Benua Tower was one of the buildings selected for redevelopment. As part of a design competition organized by the developer, our studio presented its vision for the tower, combining the character of the original architecture with the needs of a contemporary co-working environment.
