Year: 2020
The second phase of the Docklands neighborhood landscape design creates a multifunctional environment for work, recreation and sports.
The landscaping includes a futsal and basketball court with spectator stands, bike parking, a street café with a retractable roof, an open-air co-working space, secluded relaxation areas with picnic spots, equipped children’s playgrounds and outdoor exercise equipment.
Fir trees form the basis of the planting scheme. In the co-working area, shrubs and ornamental grasses are placed in concrete and steel planters, while industrial-style barrels on wheels provide flexible options for zoning and rearranging the space.
