The second stage of Docklands neighborhood landscaping was done in the European style, setting up a multifunctional environment for work, recreation and sports.
Functional landscaping of the neighborhood included a futsal/basketball field with audience stands and a bike parking, a street cafe with a retractable roof, an open-air co-working space, secluded relaxation spots with picnic areas, equipped playgrounds for kids and outdoors exercise equipment.
Designers chose fir trees as vegetation. In the co-working area, they will use shrubs and cereals in concrete and steel planters, as well as industrial barrels on rollers, for mobility and zoning.
