In 2021, Legenda Intelligent asked our studio to design a sales office for their Malookhtinsky, 68 Housing Complex. We have already partnered with that developer, designing the sales office for their Moskovsky, 65 Housing Complex.
Our main objective was to create a space that would promote sales and be comfortable for the staff. We designed a rather modest space of 300 m2 in such a way as to separate a working area, a staff kitchen, a playroom for children, a presentation area with the complex scale model and an interactive screen, and other areas. The sales office design reflects the mood and style of the housing complex under construction. Its done in white and gray, with abundant use of marble textures and faux-gold elements.
