A special project was created for the new Meltzer Hall housing complex: each of 12 entrance lobbies will be one of a kind. Designer interior features are used in elevator lobbies and staircases: stylized furniture pieces, modern interpretations of classic art, unusual chandeliers and objets d’art. Customers, therefore, have a chance to choose the design they like the most.
