Public spaces in Utteri housing complex

The Utteri housing complex is inspired by the character of a typical Finnish low-rise town, with pitched roofs, cozy apartment layouts, light finishes, abundant greenery and décor in natural tones. When designing the public spaces, we aimed to create interiors that complemented the architecture and reinforced the Nordic character of the complex: minimalist, comfortable, safe and welcoming.
