Element Group Oy are our loyal clients. Our studio has designed their offices in Russia, Finland and China. When time came for the company to expand, they came to us looking for a light and airy new office design that would feature flexible workplace segmentation while preserving the corporate style and format approved beforehand.
Working on our design, we took into account inter-departmental interactions, making it comfortable and convenient for employees to do their job efficiently. The majority of workplaces are located in an open space area where desks are lined up along panoramic windows. Isolated offices have been designed for senior managers and accountants.
Interior design was done in light colors with neutral wall and floor surface materials. We designed accents in bright orange, the brand color, using it for upholstery, floor covers and wall art in some areas. The result was a space that looks comfortable, sophisticated and evokes other offices of the company by using brandbook elements.
