Within a compact 300 m² space, we organized distinct functional areas, including workstations, a staff kitchen, a children’s playroom, and a presentation zone featuring a scale model of the residential complex and an interactive screen.
The interior concept reflects the architectural character and atmosphere of the development through a restrained palette of white and grey, complemented by expressive marble textures and subtle gold accents. The result is a refined, functional space that combines practical workplace planning with a distinctive visual identity.
