Benua Tower: a modern comprehensive solution for a 1956 building
Our studio designed the first co-working space in the PAGE network, the Benua. Along with some other buildings, it is located in Benua Garden, one of St. Petersburg’s historic landmarks.
The Best Group developers bought it out and decided to reconstruct it with a stylish design, turning old buildings into functional spaces. The Benua Tower became one of those. The developer hosted a competition for the best tower design, and we offered them our vision.
