Monopoly is a large transport and logistics company offering digital logistics solutions.
Our main objective was to create a modern open-space office with lots of mobile solutions for teamwork. By design, the office includes 168 workplaces, including stationary and bookable ones, as well as informal laptop workplaces.
The office geometry is unconventional. We had to take that into account to develop an ergonomic layout concept and find the best places for functional areas envisioned by the design.
The office interior reflects the company’s mission and values. The space flexibility and options to adapt it to teams’ purposes create conditions for productive work while open interaction areas promote cooperation, co-creation, exchange of experience and ideas.
