Modern business and luxury class residential developments always have public spaces like recreation areas.
Alfa Faberge real estate developer asked us to design lounge area interiors with recreation rooms, sitting rooms for negotiations, libraries and business meeting halls. They got non-standard spaces full of stylized furniture, modern interpretations of classical art, objets d’art and unconventional light fixtures.
The project took the 1st place in the Housing Complex Public Spaces category and won the public vote at prestigious ADD Awards even before its completion.
