Modern business- and luxury-class residential developments often feature dedicated public spaces for recreation, work and socializing. The real estate developer commissioned us to design a range of lounge areas, including recreation rooms, negotiation lounges, libraries and business meeting spaces.
We created distinctive interiors featuring stylized furniture, contemporary interpretations of classical art, objets d’art and unconventional lighting fixtures. The project won first place in the Housing Complex Public Spaces category and received the public vote at the prestigious ADD Awards, even before construction was completed.
